Returns and Exchanges
We have a “No Questions Asked” Money Back Guarantee Returns Policy for most items except those marked "Final Sale" or personalized and customized items.
For items that are processed wrongly by JL Heart or damaged in transit, please do accept our apologies. Kindly send us an email on the issue and we will send you the correct new item with a return envelope for the wrong item to be sent back to us.
1. We accept most items, unused and unworn and in its original condition, within 14 days for store credit.
2. Store Credit from refunds are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
3. Exceptions are for personalized and customized pieces where no returns or refunds will be accepted.
4. Before sending in a return, please email the details of the return to email@example.com.
5. Please return the items to us via Registered Mail, SingPost SmartPac; or Registered Mail or International Delivery Services such as Fedex if you're based out of Singapore to this address:

6. Please take care to pack the items using the original jewellery box so that they don't get damaged during postage.
7. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
8. Once we have checked that the item are in good condition, we will issue store credits to your account. This is usually completed within 5 to 7 days upon receipt of the returned item.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for sale, personalized or customized items or otherwise stated in the product description. We also do not accept damaged items returns due to buyer negligence, rough handling or wear-and-tear.
